Different, Unique & Better

Emphasizing what makes you distinctly unique is called differentiation. It’s what makes people choose to do business with you, and it shapes their expectations of the experience that you’ll provide.


It might sound like marketing 101, but it’s surprising how many businesses focus on imitating their competitors.


In my one-on-one Brand Identity Workshop, I perform competitor analysis for clients, but the intention is to uncover what’s different, unique and better about my client.


The ultimate goal of branding is standing out in the crowd. You want to get recognized and be remembered. To do this, you need to highlight what makes you different than everyone else. 


Maybe you offer the best prices or the most options. 


Maybe you offer the highest quality, the most convenience, or you’re more experienced than your competitors.


Perhaps you offer an unconventional combination of services or you’re doing something no one else is doing- you’re a hybrid or pioneer within your niche or industry.
